I shared a link to your blog...wanting to share how great minds think alike.LOL I think in spirit I feel like I am 28 and holding...:) I truly do believe you are only as old as you feel and as the saying goes we need to always live life to it's fullest! However, I feel like a teenager in many ways... I have spent the last three years dialing in my fitness level to perhaps even better than when a teen because I am wiser in nutrition. I have watched my parents slowly deteriorate in health and like you watching them go through stroke and heart attacks is no fun. Always working on balance since each day brings a new challenge. Also, having two grown girls has put me into a great place of reflection, finding Katharine again. Professionally perhaps a bit older..I set clear boundaries for the number of clients I work with at a time, something I learned early on. I have no desire to be the super realtor with hundreds of listings. So I will just keep smiling and know the trips around the sun just mean I am living it is up to me to really feel alive.
